If you already manage roles and applications in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), TalentUnveiled can pull candidates into the interview workflow automatically. This page walks through the setup and explains exactly when candidates start arriving.

How It Works

  1. Connect your ATS. Contact your TalentUnveiled representative or email contact@talentunveiled.com to receive a setup link for your ATS. This step only needs to happen once per account.
  2. Create the job in your ATS. Open your ATS and create the role as you normally would.
  3. Configure the job in TalentUnveiled. The job appears in the TU portal as a draft, and your hiring team is emailed to review it. Open it and set up your interview questions, scoring criteria, language, and any other settings.
  4. Activate the job. When everything is configured the way you want it, change the job’s status from Draft to Active.
  5. Add candidates in your ATS. Any candidate added to the activated job in your ATS now flows into TU automatically — the interview workflow starts as soon as they’re synced.

When Candidates Are Imported

The moment you first set a job to Active in TalentUnveiled is the import cutoff:
  • Candidates added in your ATS at or after that moment → imported into TU.
  • Candidates added before that moment → not imported. This avoids surprising you with a wave of backfilled candidates from before the job was ready.

Jobs Closed in Your ATS

If a job is already closed or archived in your ATS the first time TalentUnveiled sees it, it is not imported — there’s nothing to review or interview for, so it never appears in the TU portal. If you reopen that job in your ATS later, the next sync imports it fresh as a Draft, and the normal review-and-activate flow above applies.
