Quickstart
Get up and running with TalentUnveiled to post your first job and run your first AI interview.Step 1: Book a Meeting
TalentUnveiled is available by invitation. Book a 15-minute intro call with our team to get started. After the call, we’ll set up your account and grant you access to the HR portal at hr.talentunveiled.com.Step 2: Post Your First Job
Once logged in, navigate to Jobs and click Create Job. Fill in the job details:- Title — the role you’re hiring for
- Description — what the role involves and what you’re looking for
- Requirements — skills, experience, and qualifications
- Interview Questions — the questions the AI interviewer will ask candidates
Step 3: Share With Candidates
After publishing your job, share the candidate application link. Candidates will:- Submit their application and CV
- Be invited to an AI-powered phone interview
- Have a natural conversation with the AI interviewer about their experience and qualifications
Step 4: Review Results
As interviews are completed, you’ll see:- Interview transcripts — full text of each conversation
- AI evaluation scores — automated scoring based on your job requirements
- Candidate rankings — compare candidates side by side
