The HR portal is where you create and manage all your job postings. This guide walks through creating a posting, configuring screening questions and interview settings, and managing your jobs day-to-day.

Creating a Job Posting

Navigate to Job Postings in the sidebar and click + Create Job Posting. You’ll see two options:
  • Create with AI — Paste a job description or upload a PDF, and TalentUnveiled will pre-populate the posting fields for you
  • Create Manually — Start from a blank form
Both options take you through the same multi-step wizard.

Step 1: Job Details

Fill in the core information about the role:
FieldRequiredDescription
Job TitleYesThe role you’re hiring for
LocationYesWhere the role is based
Employment TypeYesFull Time, Part Time, Contract, Internship, or Freelance
LanguageYesThe language the AI interviewer will use

Click Next to save and continue.
If you chose Create with AI, most of these fields will already be filled in from your imported job description. Review and adjust as needed before continuing.

Step 2: Evaluation Criteria

Configure the criteria the AI will use to score candidates during interviews and CV evaluations.
  • Default Criteria — Pre-configured global criteria that apply to all jobs (read-only)
  • Manual Criteria — Custom criteria specific to this role
For each custom criterion, you can set:
FieldDescription
Criteria NameWhat the criterion measures (e.g., “Technical Problem Solving”)
DescriptionDetailed explanation of what the AI should evaluate
CategoryTechnical, Behavioral, Role Specific, Culture Fit, etc.
Score SystemScoring scale (e.g., Out of 5)
WeightRelative importance compared to other criteria
You can also use AI Import to generate criteria suggestions by uploading a job specification PDF.

Step 3: Interview Questions

Add the questions your AI interviewer will ask candidates. Each question is a free-text field — write them as you would for a human interviewer.
  • Click + Add Question to add more questions
  • Use AI Question Generation to let the AI suggest questions based on the job details
  • The estimated interview duration updates automatically based on question count

Step 4: Interview Configuration

Set the final interview parameters:
FieldDescription
Interview ModeWhether candidates interview via Web (booking + browser) or Phone (system calls directly)
Auto-OutreachAutomatically call imported candidates to help them schedule (Web mode only)
Retries LimitHow many times a candidate can retry the interview. Leave empty for unlimited retries
No-Show ActionWhat happens when a web candidate misses their interview — Phone Callback, Rebooking Link, or No Action
Max No-ShowsHow many times a candidate can no-show before being marked as exhausted (Web mode only)
See Interview Modes & Candidate Journeys for details on how these settings affect the candidate experience.
Click Create to publish the job posting.

Viewing Job Postings

The Job Postings page shows all your postings in a searchable, filterable table. You can filter by:
  • Status — Active, Paused, Closed, or Draft
  • Employment Type — Full Time, Part Time, etc.
  • Location — Text search
  • Title — Text search
  • Date Posted — Date range
  • Public — Whether the posting is publicly visible
Click any row to open the job posting detail page.

  • List — Tabular view with sortable columns
Click any application to open the application detail page. When the job is active and public, a Copy Public Link button appears — use this to share the candidate-facing application URL.
